Tour Description & Additional Info:
The Dujiangyan irrigation system was originally constructed around 256 BC by the State of Qin as a water conservation and flood control project.

It is an ancient town in traditional Chinese architecture where some old buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasty were very well preserved.
